About the event

Dear Spiritual Duckling,

I know what it's like to feel like a misfit in your own family or to have trouble connecting with non-spiritual people after your spiritual awakening. I can't tell you how many times I felt like the ugly duckling or how many friends I released because we grew apart. You'll often hear spiritualists and healers talk about the road to enlightenment becoming more and more lonely as we ascend. I know how lonely life can feel at times... and how incredibly healing it can be to have a group of people who just get it.

When I attended my first "support group", I was blown away at how healing it was. All I did was share about something difficult I was going through and little did I know how comforting it would be to have so many people simply look at me and knod in a way that told me they knew exactly what I was talking about. The sharing of their life wisdom and insight was just a cherry on top.

Living in the realm of duality, we feel separate...from other and from Source. I believe the deepest spiritual desire our soul yearns for is oneness. This is why I feel community, connection, and empathy is so healing for us. It allows us to feel less alone and more whole.

I have also witnessed how incredibly transformative it can be to have a safe space to practice vulnerability... for it is an open heart that allows us to experience the depth of connection that brings energy, love, inspiration, and meaning. May this group be a space for you to experience the power of community and the value it can bring to your life. We meet every other Saturday from 9am-10am via Zoom :)

With love,
