Reiki Sound Bath

As we approach the end of a decade, we have the opportunity to celebrate all that we have been through over the past 10 years. The highlight moments we will cherish forever, as well as the challenging moments that have helped to define our character. We invite you to pause for a moment in this crazy, hectic life and find your center. Relaxing is more than good for your health - it is essential! 

It has been 2 years since Reiki of San Diego hosted a Reiki Sound Bath, we decided that the last event of the decade deserved to be a very special event... Join us for an hour of complete surrender and relaxation! As you experience the healing magic of 8 Crystal Singing Bowls, 4 Koshi Chimes, Tingshas, an Ocean Drum & Rainstick, you will find yourself exploring deep states of consciousness and relaxation you may have never experienced before. To add to the magic, you will get to experience the collective power of being in a room with 6 Reiki Practitioners all channeling healing energy to you! You will receive group Reiki healing as well as individual, personal hands-on time. This will be a more intimate event, so do not wait to register - THIS EVENT WILL SELL OUT! Likely no tickets will be available at the door as we are very limited in capacity to ensure lots of individual hands-on healing time. 

Your Sound Bath will be led by Sara Mitteer, owner of Reiki of San Diego. Sara is a Certified Reiki Therapist, Certified Crystal Bowl Practitioner, Certified Crystal Healer, Certified Hypnotherapist and Registered Yoga Teacher. Sara has years of experience in private and group healings, educational workshops and trainings, specializing in energy medicine.

Please bring a yoga mat or blanket to lay on, as well as any pillows, bolsters, or blankets for comfort. Comfort is extremely valuable for the full enjoyment of this experience, there is no such thing as coming too prepared!! I recommend a yoga/pilates mat (the thicker and squishier, the better), blankets for a soft layer on top of the mat, a pillow for your head, a bolster or rolled up towel/blanket for under your knees as well as a blanket to cover up with. You may also enjoy an eye pillow, mask or towel to cover your eyes with :) We are experts in relaxation - want us to handle this part for you? Choose the VIP option at check out. 

There is plenty of parking in the lot. Please arrive early to allow time for parking, check in and setting up your space. Doors will open 15 minutes before start time. No late entry so we do not disrupt the healing experience once it has begun - doors will close at 3pm sharp.

Crystals, jewelry, and other healing gifts from local vendors will be available for purchase after the healing session.

What are Crystal Singing Bowls?

Crystal Singing Bowls are made of pure Quartz Crystal that vibrate the entire human body when played. The human body has a natural affinity to Quartz because we are composed of crystalline structure; it is in our bones, blood, DNA, as well as the liquid crystal-colloidal structure of the brain. On a molecular level, human cells are made of silica that balances our electromagnetic energies, which holds the same formula as natural Quartz Crystal. Each bowl is perfectly tuned to a chakra center that when struck, brings the corresponding chakra back into healthy resonance. 

How Do Crystal Singing Bowls Create Healing?

What are Koshi Chimes?

Koshi Chimes are precision-tuned instruments that are handmade at the foot of the Pyrenees Mountains in France. They are inspired by the 4 elements; earth, air, wind and water. Most known for their angelic melodic sounds, they create an ethereal experience to your healing and invite a sense of peace and calm as if you're floating in the clouds. 

How Can Sound Healing Help Me?

Sound healing is a form of Vibroacoustic Therapy that is incredibly effective for relaxing and releasing stress. What is Reiki?

Reiki is an ancient energy healing modality that originates from Japan. A Reiki Practitioner is a conduit of universal life force energy; the energy that fuels our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing. Throughout the duration of our lives, our traumas, environment, and stress will deplete our life force energy. By receiving Reiki, a skilled practitioner can help facilitate the release of old energetic patterns to help revive the spirit, restore the flow of chi, and rebalance the auric field and chakras.
