Reconnect with Self: Yoga & Guided Meditation Walk

Come join Reiki Master & Yoga Instructor Megan Guy and other lovely spiritual souls to reconnect to self! Supported by the Earth and guided by the energy of the biggest Super Moon of the year.

This special reconnection ceremony will begin with full moon intention setting and will flow into a gentle yoga practice as you are surrounded by the healing energy of the earth, sun, moon, and ocean. You will then journey together on a guided  beach walk along the sand, while you connect inward with a special pre-recorded guided meditation by Megan. The beach will experience a low tide during this time thanks to the power of the moon, opening up the beach for us to freely explore and walk together.
