About the event

Join Reiki Master, Breathwork Facilitator, Hypnotherapist and Modern Alchemist Lyndsey Tapia for a New Moon Breathwork and Reiki experience! Cultivate aligned clarity and clear out energetic and emotional space so that you can call in new intentional manifestations for the month ahead.

While full moons are all about letting go, new moons are about growth and making way for the new! The new moon is the perfect time to set intentions and wishes for yourself, for the next month and beyond.

During this New Moon Breathwork & Reiki Circle, Lyndsey will guide you in setting powerful intentions for the month ahead and lead you through a gentle yet deeply transformative breathwork experience all while Reiki of San Diego certified Reiki practitioners provide group and one on one healing!

Using intentional music, a 3 part breathing technique and powerful affirmations, Lyndsey will guide you into a mild somatic state of consciousness. This altered state allows you to safely and effectively release trapped emotions and energy, tap into your inner guidance, and expand your consciousness. Prepare to enter into a state of euphoric BLISS as you connect with your body, mind, and spirit! No experience required!

Breathwork and Reiki is experiential, it will be a different experience for everyone.  Come with an open mind, an open heart and a willingness to expand. You may just have one of the most profoundly transformative experiences of your life. You’ll leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more aligned.
