Who isn't overwhelmed these days?
Overwhelm is a far too common experience in today's fast-paced world, but it absolutely doesn't have to control your life.
In this 4-part workshop, Megan Hart will share practices to help you learn how to reduce your stress and overwhelm in a healthy and sustainable way.
Each week, we'll dive deeper into different aspects of healing overwhelm. You'll learn tools to manage your energy, ground yourself in your body, and develop practices to calm your nervous system. We'll also explore the root causes of overwhelm and how to cultivate a greater sense of resilience.
In addition to the weekly sessions, you'll have access to a supportive community of fellow participants who are also on the path to healing their overwhelm. You'll be able to connect with others, share your experiences, and receive support as you integrate the practices into your daily life.
Throughout the workshop, you'll receive ongoing support from Megan Hart, Certified Embodiment Coach, Somatic Practitioner, Trauma-Informed Yoga Instructor & Reiki Practitioner.
