Embodied Boundaries - 8 Week Virtual Program

About This Program

• Do you struggle with separating your energy from other peoples’?

• Or have you had a string of relationships where you’ve dated/married someone with Narcissistic tendencies?
• Do you know what your “F*ck Yes!” and “No!” actually FEEL like in your body?

We live in a time where more and more people are ‘waking up’ to the fullness of life - feeling it ALL. We’re guessing you are one of these people, since you’re reading this ;)

We love deeply.

We care immensely.

We want to help however we can, to make this world a better place.

But when we haven’t learned how to embody our boundaries - energetically, spiritually, mentally, emotionally & physically - we are very often left drained, depleted, or feeling taken advantage of - even sometimes by the ones we love the most.

In this intimate 8 week program, Megan will share practical tools & practices for you to embody healthy, responsive & authentic-to-you boundaries.

This Program Will Include:

• A learning component - you are welcome to have a dedicated notebook for this!
• A practice component - you’ll want to ensure you won’t be disturbed during the call. Wear comfortable clothes & have a comfortable place to practice (yoga mat, nice rug/blanket etc).
  • Practices may include: visualization, meditation, movement, breath
• A sharing component - this won’t be required but highly encouraged! The very nature of sharing in a safe space & being witnessed is healing in-and-of-itself.
• A Q&A component
• Embodied boundaries ‘homework’ to practice between calls (optional but encouraged).
• Recordings will be available within 48 hours of the live call.
