Give yourself permission to fully unwind. This 75-minute immersive sound healing journey combines the resonant tones of crystal singing bowls, the delicate shimmer of koshi chimes, and the ethereal notes of the crystal harp to guide your body and mind into deep relaxation. Layered with brainwave entrainment frequencies, the soundscape is designed to gently shift your nervous system out of fight-or-flight and into a state of true rest and repair.
As the sound washes over you, our incredible Reiki practitioner, Michelle, will move through the space offering hands-on healing, channeling calming energy to release tension and support your body's natural ability to restore balance.
