In this Candlelight Sound Bath and Guided Meditation, you will be immersed in 60 minutes of immersive sound healing as you are bathed in the ethereal tones of crystal singing bowls and koshi chimes, carefully played with the intention to raise your vibration and unlock your energetic channels for a deeper connection with the Spirit World 💫 After your auric body has ascended to a higher frequency, you will be gently guided to meet with your loved ones who reside in the realm of spirit, allowing for heartfelt reunions and messages from beyond. Harnessing the power of collective intention and the unified consciousness of the group, this experience opens the doorway to the spirit realm in a more profound and transformative way. 

Additionally, our Reiki master mentorship students will be providing supportive Reiki energy throughout the session, amplifying the spiritual connection and facilitating a truly soulful experience. Join us as we embark on this journey of celestial connection and spiritual communion 🙏🏻

Your healing session will be led by Sara Mitteer, Owner of Reiki of San Diego. Sara is a Certified Reiki Master Teacher, Certified Crystal Bowl Practitioner, Certified Crystal Therapist, Certified Hypnotherapist and Certified Yoga Teacher. 

What are Crystal Singing Bowls? Crystal Singing Bowls are made of pure Quartz Crystal that vibrate the entire human body when played. The human body has a natural affinity to Quartz because we are composed of crystalline structure; it is in our bones, blood, DNA, as well as the liquid crystal-colloidal structure of the brain. On a molecular level, human cells are made of silica that balances our electromagnetic energies, which holds the same formula as natural Quartz Crystal. Each bowl is perfectly tuned to a chakra center that when struck, brings the corresponding chakra back into healthy resonance.  

How Do Crystal Singing Bowls Create Healing? The human body is comprised of atomic structure, which means we are constantly in a state of vibration. Each chakra, bone, and organ vibrate at different resonate frequency. As humans, we are completely unstable energy frequencies; we mold to our environment, which is what makes us so evolutionarily adaptable. However, when we absorb negative or low vibration energy (from pesticides, pollution, chemicals, EMF technology waves, stress, emotions, traumas, and other people in our environment), our biofield shifts resonance and begins vibrating out of “sync” or balance. If the biofield and chakras stay out of balance, “dis-ease” is created and begins to affect our physical, mental, emotional, sexual, and spiritual health. Positive vibration is how the energetic biofield and chakra system can be reset back into balance. 

What are Koshi Chimes? Koshi Chimes are precision-tuned instruments that are handmade at the foot of the Pyrenees Mountains in France. They are  inspired by the 4 elements; earth, air, wind and water. Most known for their angelic melodic sounds, they create an ethereal experience to your healing and invite a sense of peace and calm as if you're floating in the clouds.  

How Can Sound Healing Help Me? Sound healing is a form of Vibroacoustic Therapy that is incredibly effective for relaxing and releasing stress. The soothing sounds invite the mind to slow down and enter into Gamma Theta brainwave state, which is a healing state. It can be challenging to quiet the mental chatter we experience on a daily basis; sound healings help to focus the mind for a more effective meditation. When our mind and body relax, it can heal. Healing instruments are also designed to help bring the body back into harmony.
