You are welcome to lay or sit in meditation on comfortable padded floors, while you experience the healing magic of bathing in high vibrations, entrancing your mind into deep states of consciousness and releasing all of your stress. Bliss out to the healing sounds of 8 perfect pitch Crystal Singing Bowls, Koshi chimes, an Ocean Drum and Theta healing brainwave entrainment sound healing. Healing vibrations help to detox the body from stress and tension to promote relaxation and a feeling of peace.  Your healing session will be led by Sara Mitteer, Owner of Reiki of San Diego. Sara is a Certified Reiki Master Teacher, Certified Crystal Bowl Practitioner, Certified Crystal Therapist, Certified Hypnotherapist and Registered Yoga Teacher. As a Certified Crystal Singing Bowl Practitioner with a scholastic background in Neuroscience, Sara facilitates sound healing in such a way to stimulate brainwave entrainment; a process of synchronizing both hemispheres of the brain to entrance your mind into deep states of consciousness to activate healing of the mind, body, and spirit. What are Crystal Singing Bowls? Crystal Singing Bowls are made of pure Quartz Crystal that vibrate the entire human body when played. The human body has a natural affinity to Quartz because we are composed of crystalline structure; it is in our bones, blood, DNA, as well as the liquid crystal-colloidal structure of the brain. On a molecular level, human cells are made of silica that balances our electromagnetic energies, which holds the same formula as natural Quartz Crystal. Each bowl is perfectly tuned to a chakra center that when struck, brings the corresponding chakra back into healthy resonance.  

How Do Crystal Singing Bowls Create Healing? The human body is comprised of atomic structure, which means we are constantly in a state of vibration. Most known for their angelic melodic sounds, they create an ethereal experience to your healing and invite a sense of peace and calm as if you're floating in the clouds.
