Being Aligned isn't just about thinking the right thoughts or taking the right actions - it's also about energetically aligning yourself with your dharma, your True Path - within your own body - Right. Now. 

Aligning yourself on every level of your being takes practice, and our world is very focused on the easy-to-spot alignment - actions, behaviours, thoughts...

But we also must align ourselves within - our emotional body and energetic body.

Do we FEEL that we're truly in alignment, or does something feel OFF?

True Alignment happens on all levels of the body.

In this 75 minute virtual workshop, Embodiment Coach, Reiki Practitioner & Hypnotherapist, Megan Hart will guide you through an incredibly powerful somatic practice to help you tune into more subtle parts that feel out of alignment, help them be released and thus align more truly to your self, your truth and your dharma. 

Whether you're looking to align more deeply in general or in a specific area of your life... it's all welcome!

One of the other amazing aspects of the subtle-realm energetic practices - when it's done in groups it's even more powerful. 

To Prepare for this Practice & During the Practice:

• Set up a relaxing, serene space beforehand - candles, tea, incense, crystals, cozy blankets etc - whatever feels especially nourishing to you!
• Wear comfortable clothes, have a yoga mat, blankets - we will do some gentle movement.
• Bring a journal and pen to the call
• After you register you'll be sent a worksheet to start preparing for this process
• Ensure all notifications are on SILENT during the call
