Heart coherence is a state where your heart, brain, and nervous system come into harmony — physically, emotionally, and energetically.
Your heart has its own rhythm, known as Heart Rate Variability (HRV). When you’re stressed, this rhythm becomes irregular and chaotic. When you’re calm and regulated, it becomes smooth and ordered. In a state of heart coherence, this rhythm stabilizes, creating a sense of ease and internal alignment.
This is often felt as a deep sense of presence—grounded, open, and connected to yourself and others. It’s a physiological state that allows the heart to feel safe, making it easier for deeper healing and spiritual connection to naturally unfold.
In this experience, Reiki healing, sound therapy, and intentionally selected aromatherapy will work together to guide your body into this state of coherence, supporting both emotional balance and energetic flow.
