In the original Reiki tradition, the process of becoming a Reiki Master would be a lifelong journey of healing, spiritual expansion, and energetic ascension. While the "mechanics" of Reiki can be learned rather quickly, the depth of understanding and experiencing the full capacity of Reiki simply takes time and immersion. Reiki is an energy with consciousness, meaning it has awareness and intelligence to it. As a 7th dimensional energy, it actually has a higher dimension of consciousness than we do as humans. In a nutshell, this means it is smarter and wiser than us 🤪 Connecting with this energy is very much like a relationship; we need to learn how to open ourselves up to it, communicate with it, be guided by it, and learn from it. Reiki has the potential to completely change your life but we must develop a strong, personal relationship with it, which simply cannot happen overnight or in a single weekend training. 

My hope for providing a sacred space for Self-Reiki is to support you in nurturing a deep and meaningful personal relationship with Reiki. The more you allow Reiki into your life, the more healing that happens ✨ As your mind, body, and spirit come into coherence and balance, your gifts will begin to open up and you'll feel a sense of peace and deeper spiritual connection.

I know how hard it can be to find the time and inspiration to practice Self-Reiki, and I also know how hard it is to do on your own as a beginner or without community! 😭 I feel so much of our spiritual inspiration and connection comes from being around other like-minded individuals and having a sacred space to practice in. The power of group consciousness is also an added benefit! 💫
