Come enjoy a 60min Candlelight Crystal Sound Bath!! 

You are welcome to lay or sit in meditation on comfortable padded floors, while you experience the healing magic of bathing in high vibrations, entrancing your mind into deep states of consciousness and releasing all of your stress. Bliss out to the healing sounds of Alchemy Singing Bowls, Crystal Singing Bowls, an Ocean Drum, Buffalo Drum, and/or Koshi Chimes. Healing vibrations help to detox the body from stress and tension to promote relaxation and a feeling of peace. Your healing session will be led by Lyndsey Tapia, Certified Reiki Master Teacher, Certified Hypnotherapist, Spiritual Life Coach, EFT Practitioner and Sound Healer. Most people leave feeling deeply relaxed, refreshed, and at peace! Very limited capacity to keep the experience spacious and intimate!

What are Alchemy Singing Bowls? Alchemy Singing Bowls are made of the highest quality gemstones and minerals, such as Amethyst, Citrine, Tourmaline, Rose Quartz, etc. The process they are created with makes them incredibly resonant, strong, and pure in tone. The tones produced by Alchemy Singing Bowls are not just heard by the ear, you feel them in your body, with certain tones affecting your energy for activation, creativity, healing, balancing & meditation.

What are Crystal Singing Bowls? Crystal Singing Bowls are made of pure Quartz Crystal that vibrate the entire human body when played. How Do Singing Bowls Create Healing? The human body is comprised of atomic structure, which means we are constantly in a state of vibration. Each chakra, bone, and organ vibrate at different resonate frequency. As humans, we are completely unstable energy frequencies; we mold to our environment, which is what makes us so evolutionarily adaptable. However, when we absorb negative or low vibration energy (from pesticides, pollution, chemicals, EMF technology waves, stress, emotions, traumas, and other people in our environment), our biofield shifts resonance and begins vibrating out of “sync” or balance. If the biofield and chakras stay out of balance, “dis-ease” is created and begins to affect our physical, mental, emotional, sexual, and spiritual health.
