Aromatherapy Sound Bath

Come enjoy a 75min *TOTAL COMFORT* Sound Bath! You will lay on soft padded floors in meditation while you experience the magic of bathing in high vibrations from 8 Perfect Pitch Crystal Singing Bowls, 4 Koshi chimes (Earth, Air, Wind, Fire), an Ocean Drum and Rainstick. These healing instruments are designed to produce specific vibrations that will detoxify the body from stress and tension to promote relaxation and a feeling of ease & peace. Sound healing is an extremely effective way to stimulate brainwave entrainment; a process of sychronizing both hemispheres of the brain to entrance your mind into deep states of consciousness to activate healing of the mind, body, and spirit. When we are in this "healing brainwave state", we are the most receptive to change, releasing old belief systems, letting go of the past, and shifting to a higher frequency where healing occurs quickly and profoundly. 

This Sound Bath will also incorporate the ancient healing modality of Aromatherapy, which has been used for over 3,500 years. Aromatherapy stimulates cell receptors that send chemical messages through the nervous system and limbic system - the part of the brain that controls emotion. In addition to the psychological and emotional benefits of aromatherapy, particular blends of essential oils can be used to cleanse and activate chakras.  

Your Sound Bath will be led by Sara Mitteer, owner of Reiki of San Diego. Sara is a Certified Reiki Therapist, Certified Crystal Bowl Practitioner, Certified Crystal Healer, Certified Hypnotherapist and Registered Yoga Teacher. Sara has years of experience in private and group healings, educational workshops and trainings, specializing in energy medicine.

Please bring a yoga mat or blanket to lay on, as well as any pillows, bolsters, or blankets for comfort. Comfort is extremely valuable for the enjoyment of this experience, there is no such thing as coming too prepared!! I recommend a yoga/pilates mat (the thicker and squishier, the better), blankets for a soft layer on top of the mat, a pillow for your head, a bolster or rolled up towel/blanket for under your knees as well as a blanket to cover up with. You might also enjoy an eye pillow or something to cover your eyes with :)

There is a free parking lot as well as street parking. Please arrive early to allow time for parking, check in and setting up your space. Doors will open 15 minutes before start time. No late entry so we do not disrupt the healing experience once it has begun - doors will close at 3pm sharp.

Crystals, jewelry, and other healing gifts from local vendors will be available for purchase after the healing session.

What are Crystal Singing Bowls?

Crystal Singing Bowls are made of pure Quartz Crystal that vibrate the entire human body when played. The human body has a natural affinity to Quartz because we are composed of crystalline structure; it is in our bones, blood, DNA, as well as the liquid crystal-colloidal structure of the brain. On a molecular level, human cells are made of silica that balances our electromagnetic energies, which holds the same formula as natural Quartz Crystal. What is Aromatherapy?
